TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - You will be welcome, without obligation, to try any GRAND PRIX rod at the
address below, by appointment please. Should this be inconvenient, upon receipt of your appropriate remittance
any standard rod will be sent on the understanding that it can be returned, in the event that you find the need for a
non-standard feature. A further service exists where you know about specialised requirements such as cork handles, or rings and their spacings. In this case upon receipt of your cheque for 50 percent of the rod price
together with your precise needs, a rod will be ‘mocked-up’ and sent to you. This will be in the form of the carbon
blank intended with a reel fitting and handle pushed tightly on, and the rings taped in place, thus allowing you to
test the proposed design. The prototype can then be returned in the same packaging for final building.
GUARANTEE - GRAND PRIX RODS are superbly finished throughout to give you the pride of possession that
only true craftsmanship can create. Each rod is guaranteed for twentyfour months but, as every step of the building
process is hands-on by experts, problems are absolutely minimal. In fact many rods made in 1983 are still in use
today!
DELIVERIES - Some models are available ex-stock and the longest delivery time for standard rods is three
weeks, whereas ‘specials’ can take four weeks. However, it is best to check by Fax or Email.
